Frank LoBiondo served as a congressional representative from New Jersey’s 2nd District from the years 1995-2018. A Republican, in 2016 he voted against a bill, “Carbon Emission Guidelines for Existing Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units,” which would have allowed the EPA to set guidelines on the carbon emissions exhausted by the natural gasses that generate electricity.
