Lee Raymond is the former CEO of what is now ExxonMobil. He serves on the board of JP Morgan Chase, the financial services giant. He was the subject of a recent opinion piece in the NY Daily News written to urge his removal from the JP Morgan Chase board. Highlights of the piece draw attention to his efforts as a climate change skeptic while noting between 2016 and 2019 the bank has financed approximately 269 billion dollars in fossil fuel expansion.
