Mike Kelly

Rep. George “Mike” Kelly (R-PA, 16th District), was elected in 2018 after previously serving as the representative for Pennsylvania’s 3rd district from 2010 to 2018.

Kelly voted in support of S.J. Res 24, which opposed a plan from the EPA, which would have been the first bill to restrict Greenhouse gases nationwide.

The League of Conservation Voters, a non- profit group, advocating for environmental protection gives him a lifetime score of 4%.
