Roger Nober is the Executive Vice President, Law and Corporate Affairs of BNSF Railway. The Atlantic has reported that BNSF along with Norfolk Southern, Union Pacific, and CSX, has actively worked to fund and encourage the climate change denial movement.
BNSF Railway continues as a member of America’s Power, the new name for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity. America’s Power advocates for coal energy and fights effective legislation and action to combat climate change.
