Thomas Gale Moore is a senior fellow and the director of the Domestic Studies Program at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. From 1985 to 1989, he served on President Ronald Reagan’s Council of Economic Advisors. Moore has written many books on the subject of global warming, where he suggests that global warming is actually beneficial to the environment, one of which is called Climate of Fear: Why We Shouldn’t Worry About Global Warming.
